Taxi to Brussels Airport (Zaventem) and Brussels South Charleroi

Flying from Brussels Airport in Zaventem, or from Brussels South Charleroi? We drive from any address in the Netherlands straight to the departure hall in one car, at a fixed price agreed before you book — often a lot cheaper than the metered street taxi. Tolls and the cross-border surcharge are already included.

One of the two addresses needs to be in the Netherlands. Both airports are served day and night, including the early budget departures that Charleroi is known for. Enter your pickup address below and choose Brussels Airport (Zaventem) or Brussels South Charleroi to see your price.

Brussels Airport (BRU), Zaventem

Belgium's main airport sits right next to Zaventem. We drive via the A16/E19 past Antwerp and drop you at the departure hall of your airline; extra time in Belgian rush hour does not change your price.

Cheaper than you think, especially with a group

One fixed price is shared across the whole party: with four passengers the price per person is often lower than separate train tickets to Zaventem or Charleroi. And the train never gets you door to door: from most Dutch cities you change trains in Brussels and continue by shuttle bus or train to the airport, with suitcases in the aisle and every connection on your own shoulders.

With a taxi the car is at your door, you ride straight to the departure hall without changes, and you know exactly what the whole group pays before you leave. Travelling with 5 to 8 passengers? Everyone fits in one of our minibuses and the cost is shared across the group — which often makes a minibus ride to Brussels surprisingly cheap per person.

What is included

  • One fixed price for the whole group, agreed before departure.
  • Tolls, terminal parking and the cross-border surcharge.
  • Flight tracking and 80 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
  • A saloon car for up to four passengers or a minibus carrying up to eight passengers together.
  • Outbound and return trip in the same reservation, both at a fixed price.

Your price to Zaventem or Charleroi

The price depends on your pickup address and the airport you choose. Zaventem is closer to the Dutch border than Charleroi, so the same starting point can give a different amount. You see your fixed price before you book, per private taxi, including luggage and tolls. We allow for border traffic and your airline's recommended check-in time without changing the price.

Book the return ride in the same step: enter your landing time and flight number and we track the flight, collecting you after customs with 80 minutes of free waiting time.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Brussels Airport and Brussels South Charleroi?
Brussels Airport (BRU) in Zaventem is Belgium's main airport. Brussels South Charleroi (CRL) lies near Charleroi, about 45 km south of Brussels, which is why it is often called 'Brussels South'. Always check which airport your flight uses; we serve both.
Do you pick up anywhere in the Netherlands?
Yes. We collect you from any address in the Netherlands, from Groningen to Maastricht, and drive you in one car straight to the departure hall. One of the two addresses needs to be in the Netherlands.
What does a taxi to Zaventem or Charleroi cost?
You see one fixed amount for the whole ride once you enter your pickup address and the airport. Tolls, terminal parking and the cross-border surcharge are part of that amount; nothing is added on the way.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book months ahead. For these long journeys we recommend booking at least three days in advance, so we can plan the right driver and vehicle for you.

Yes. For the return leg give us your landing time and flight number; we track the flight and wait for you after landing, with 80 minutes of free waiting time.
