Book a taxi in the Netherlands
Booking a Dutch taxi takes two minutes. Enter where you want to be picked up and where you are going, and you see one fixed price for the whole car before you decide. That price includes luggage, tolls, parking at an airport terminal and the time your driver spends in traffic.
Start below by calculating your price. You then move on to the booking form, where you add your contact details, luggage and — for airport rides — your flight number, and pay securely online.
Book your taxi at a fixed price

What you need to hand
- The exact pick-up address: street, house number and postcode.
- Your destination; for airports and stations the name of the terminal or station is enough.
- Date and time. For rides from an airport we ask for the landing time instead.
- Your flight number when you travel from or to an airport.
- The number of passengers, large suitcases and smaller bags.
- An email address and mobile number so we can send the confirmation and the driver can reach you.
How the price is built up
We calculate the actual driving route between your addresses and turn it into one fixed price per taxi. There is no meter, so a traffic jam, a night-time departure or a public holiday never changes the amount.
For 1 to 4 passengers the standard rate applies. From 5 passengers, or when you carry a lot of luggage, the system automatically switches to an 8-seater minibus with its own fixed price. Extra stops along the way and rides to Belgium or Germany are possible and are always shown in the price before you pay.
After you have booked
- You receive a confirmation email with your fixed price, addresses and booking number.
- We create an account for you automatically, so you can view and change your ride online.
- Your driver is scheduled in advance and receives your details, not just a pin on a map.
- At Schiphol you are met at Departures (upstairs), meeting point 3C, 45 to 60 minutes after landing.
- A VAT invoice for the ride is available in your account for business travel.
