Airport transfers

We drive throughout the Netherlands, door to door. For most towns in North Holland, South Holland, Utrecht and Zeeland we have a dedicated page with local pick-up points, popular routes and prices from. Rides to or from Belgium and Germany are also possible, as long as one address is in the Netherlands.

Taxiritje.nl is a Dutch taxi service where you book online at a fixed price that you see before you book. We provide city rides, long-distance journeys and airport transfers to Schiphol and other airports, door to door throughout the Netherlands. Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we receive most often.

How does a taxi with a fixed price work?
You enter your pick-up address and destination, we calculate the actual route and immediately show one fixed total price for the whole taxi. You pay that price online when you book, and it does not change during the journey: there is no meter and no recalculation afterwards.
What is included in the price?
The fixed price is a door-to-door total per taxi, including luggage, tolls, parking at an airport terminal and the time your driver spends in traffic. The same rate applies at night, at weekends and on public holidays.
How far in advance should I book?
Book online at least 3 hours before pick-up. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead; this is advice, not an extra booking requirement. For early flights, groups and busy periods, book as soon as your plans are known.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For rides from an airport you give us your landing time and flight number. We track the flight, so a delay automatically moves your pick-up. After landing you have 80 minutes of free waiting time; for other rides you have 15 minutes at the pick-up address.
How many passengers and suitcases can travel?
The standard rate covers 1 to 4 passengers. For 5 to 8 passengers, or a lot of luggage, the system automatically selects a minibus taxi with its own fixed price. You tell us the number of large suitcases and smaller bags when booking.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. We work with licensed Dutch taxi drivers who speak English, so you can arrange your pick-up, luggage and destination without any language barrier.
Where do you drive?
We drive throughout the Netherlands, door to door, including every airport. Rides to or from Belgium and Germany are also possible as long as one of the addresses is in the Netherlands.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You pay online when you book, with a credit or debit card, iDEAL or Bancontact. You receive a confirmation by email with your fixed price, and a VAT invoice is available in your account.
