How far in advance should I book?

You can book until shortly before departure, but we recommend at least 24 hours ahead. Your driver is then scheduled and you can still change the ride yourself online.

Is the price per person or per taxi?

Per taxi. One to four passengers pay the same fixed price; from five passengers a minibus taxi applies with its own fixed price.

How much luggage can I bring?

In a saloon or estate car you can count on four large suitcases plus hand luggage. If you enter four or more large suitcases, or six or more smaller bags, the system automatically selects a minibus.

How much waiting time is included?

After a flight lands you have 80 minutes of free waiting time. At a regular pick-up address the driver waits 15 minutes free of charge. Longer waits are arranged directly with the driver.

Where do I meet my driver at Schiphol?

At Departures (upstairs), meeting point 3C, 45 to 60 minutes after landing. The driver's name and number are in your confirmation email.

What if my flight is delayed or early?

We track your flight number, so the pick-up time moves with the actual landing time. You do not need to call or rebook.

Can I bring my own child seat?

Yes. You are welcome to bring and fit your own child seat; mention it when booking so the driver expects it.

Can I travel with a pet?

Yes, small pets in a carrier travel free. Tell us when booking so we assign a driver and car that can accommodate your animal.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Up to 24 hours before pick-up you change or cancel free of charge in your account. Within 24 hours, call +31 85 060 7086; we then arrange it with the driver.

What if I change the address after booking?

Accepted Answer

You can change the pick-up address or destination in your account. If the new route is longer, you pay the difference online before the change is confirmed; if it is shorter, we refund the difference.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards, iDEAL and Bancontact. Payment is completed online before the ride, so nothing needs to be settled with the driver.

Question 12

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your company details in your account and download the PDF invoice with Dutch VAT. Monthly collective invoicing is available for businesses.

Do your drivers speak English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rides booked in English are assigned to licensed drivers who speak English. Our customer service also answers in English by phone and email.

Do you drive to Belgium and Germany?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as one of the addresses is in the Netherlands. A cross-border surcharge is included in the price shown when booking.

Do you drive at night?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at the same rate as during the day — including 03:00 departures for early flights.

What if my driver does not turn up?

Call +31 85 060 7086 straight away. We are reachable around the clock, arrange a replacement driver and, if we cannot get you there, refund your payment.
