Airport transfer and airport taxi in the Netherlands at a fixed price

An airport transfer is the one journey where you cannot afford surprises. That is why the price for your airport taxi to Schiphol, Eindhoven Airport or Rotterdam The Hague Airport is fixed before you book, and your driver is scheduled in advance instead of being matched at the last minute.

On the way back we work from your landing time and flight number rather than a pick-up time. If your flight is early or late, the pick-up simply moves with it — you do not have to call anyone.

Fixed price to the airport

Your pick-up address and destination set one fixed price per private car, agreed before you book. We plan the route and terminal in advance, so the driver knows exactly where to go on the day of travel.

Booking a return trip? Add the return leg while booking: you pay the same fixed price twice and we follow your flight number on the way back.

Departure times we recommend

Flights within Europe: be at the airport 2 hours before departure.
Intercontinental flights: be at the airport 3 hours before departure.
Travelling between 06:00 and 09:00 or 16:00 and 19:00? Allow 30 extra minutes for traffic.
Travelling with children or a lot of luggage? Allow 15 to 30 extra minutes for check-in.

Coming back from the airport

Enter your landing time, not a pick-up time, plus your flight number.
We pick you up 45 to 60 minutes after landing, so you have time for passport control and baggage reclaim.
80 minutes of free waiting time after landing is included.
At Schiphol the meeting point is Departures (upstairs), 3C.

Which car do you need?

1 to 4 passengers with normal luggage: saloon or estate car at the standard rate.
5 to 8 passengers, or 4+ large suitcases: 8-seater minibus taxi with its own fixed price.
Child seats: you are welcome to bring and fit your own seat.

Frequently asked questions

What time should my taxi leave for Schiphol?

For flights within Europe we recommend being at the airport two hours before departure, and three hours for intercontinental flights. Add the driving time from your address plus a margin for morning traffic; when you book we suggest a departure time based on your route.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For rides from an airport you give us your landing time and flight number. We follow the flight, so the pick-up moves automatically when you land later. After landing you have 80 minutes of free waiting time, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim.

Where does the driver meet me at Schiphol?

You are met at Departures (upstairs), meeting point 3C, 45 to 60 minutes after landing. Your driver's name and phone number are in your confirmation email.

Is parking at the terminal included?

Yes. Parking at the terminal, tolls and luggage are part of the fixed price. You never settle anything extra with the driver.

Do you also drive to airports outside the Netherlands?

Yes. We drive to Brussels Airport, Düsseldorf, Antwerp and other airports near the border as long as one of the addresses is in the Netherlands. A surcharge for cross-border travel is included in the price you see.

Can eight people and their suitcases travel together?

Yes. Choose 5 to 8 passengers and we send a minibus taxi with room for luggage. If you enter four or more large suitcases the system selects the minibus for you.
