Privacy statement
We process personal data in order to book, perform and administer taxi rides. Because customers and drivers provide different data, we describe both separately below.
This is an English translation for your convenience. The Dutch version of this statement is the legally binding text.
Customer data
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Pick-up address, destination and any intermediate stops.
- Date, time, number of passengers, luggage and vehicle type.
- Flight number for rides to or from an airport.
- Payment and invoicing details, including company details for business bookings.
- Ride history, changes, cancellations and reviews.
- Correspondence with our customer service.
Driver and taxi company data
- Name, contact details and photo for the driver profile.
- Company details: company name, address, Chamber of Commerce number and where applicable VAT number.
- Taxi pass (P number), driving licence and other mandatory documents.
- Vehicle details.
- Business bank account number for payouts.
- Accepted and completed rides, cancellations, invoices and payouts.
- Reviews, reports and internal quality notes.
Why we process this data
- Performing the booking and transport agreement.
- Assigning rides to a suitable driver.
- Payments, refunds, invoicing and payouts.
- Customer service, changes, cancellations and complaints.
- Quality assurance, safety and preventing misuse.
- Complying with legal obligations, including tax retention requirements.
Legal bases
We process data on the basis of performance of the agreement, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in a safe and reliable service, and where necessary your consent.
Sharing with others
We provide the driver performing your ride only with the data needed for that ride. We also work with service providers for hosting, email, mapping and routing, and payments. They may use the data solely for the task we assign to them. We do not sell personal data.
Retention periods
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Statutory retention periods apply to administrative and tax records such as invoices.
Security
Access to data is limited to those who need it. Customer, driver and administration environments are separated from one another and accessible only after logging in; data is transmitted encrypted.
Your rights
- Access to your data.

- Restriction of or objection to the processing.
- Transfer of your data.
