Invoicing and administration
Every ride generates an invoice with Dutch VAT, downloadable as a PDF from your account. You enter your company details once and they are reused for every subsequent booking. For expense claims, the invoice states the route, date, time and the fixed price, with no meter reading to explain.
Companies with several travellers can use one account for the whole team, so all rides land on one monthly invoice.
Setting up an account
Email info@taxiritje.nl with your company name, address, VAT number and the routes you expect to use most. We confirm the arrangements in writing, including invoicing frequency and any standing prices, so your finance team knows exactly what to expect.
