Luggage, tolls and terminal parking are included, your flight is tracked, and your driver speaks English. Rides are available 24 hours a day, including early-morning departures.

You choose the pick-up time and we come to the door. The driver helps with your suitcases and drops you at the right departure hall, so you can walk straight to check-in.

For flights inside Europe be at the airport two hours before departure; for intercontinental flights allow three hours. Add the driving time you see when booking, plus a margin for rush hour.

Coming back from Schiphol

Enter your landing time and flight number instead of a pick-up time. We follow the flight, so a delay moves your ride automatically.

You are met at Departures (upstairs), meeting point 3C, 45 to 60 minutes after landing. Your driver's name and phone number are in your confirmation email.

What does a Schiphol taxi cost?

Your pick-up address and destination set the fixed price, and that amount is agreed before you book. It covers the whole private car for up to four passengers, including luggage, tolls, terminal parking and the free waiting time after your flight lands.

Cars and luggage

One to four passengers travel in a saloon or estate car. From five passengers we send a minibus with room for eight people and their suitcases; enter four or more large cases and the minibus is selected for you.

Travelling with a child seat of your own is no problem — tell us in the booking notes and the driver will make room for it.

Where does my driver meet me at Schiphol?
You are met at Departures (upstairs), meeting point 3C, 45 to 60 minutes after your landing time. That gives you room for passport control and baggage reclaim without anyone waiting on the kerb.
What if my flight lands late?
Give us your flight number when you book and we track the flight. Your pick-up simply moves to the actual landing time, and a delay costs you nothing extra.
How much free waiting time do I get after landing?
Eighty minutes from the moment you land. For rides that do not start at an airport the driver waits 15 minutes at the pick-up address.
When should I leave for Schiphol?
Plan to be at the airport two hours before a European flight and three hours before an intercontinental one, then add the driving time shown when you book. Always follow your airline's current advice.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car, for one to four passengers. From five passengers, or with a lot of luggage, we send a minibus for up to eight people and you see that price straight away.
Can I book a return trip to Schiphol?
Yes. Select the return option: the outbound leg uses a pick-up time and the leg from Schiphol uses your landing time and flight number.
