Taxi to a hotel

Dutch city centres are full of one-way systems, cycle streets and low-emission zones, which makes the last few hundred metres to a hotel harder than the drive itself.

A driver who knows the address in advance solves that; so does entering the exact street and house number when you book.

Getting to the door

  • Enter the hotel's street and house number, not just the name.
  • In pedestrianised centres, the driver may stop at the nearest permitted point.
  • Check-in is usually from 14:00 or 15:00; luggage can often be left earlier.
  • For a late arrival, tell the hotel — some lock the door after midnight.

Booking for someone else

Hotels, companies and families regularly book transfers for guests. Enter your own email address for the confirmation and the traveller's mobile number, so the driver can reach the right person on arrival.

From the airport to your hotel

  • Give your flight number so we track the landing time.
  • 80 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
  • At Schiphol you are met at Departures (upstairs), point 3C.
  • Luggage and terminal parking are included in the fixed price.
