More than 24 hours before pick-up
- Change the date, time, addresses, luggage or passenger count in your account.
- Add or remove a flight number.
- Switch to a larger vehicle.
- Cancel free of charge with a refund to your original payment method.
Within 24 hours of pick-up

What a change does to the price
- A longer route or larger vehicle: you pay the difference online first.
- A shorter route: you can reclaim the amount overpaid.
- Return bookings are two separate rides; you can change just one leg.
- No-show without contact counts as a completed ride.
